Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners or grease lightly.
Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together:
- Gluten-free flour
- Almond flour
- Baking soda & baking powder
- Salt & cinnamon
Step 3: Whisk Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk:
Eggs
Maple syrup (or honey)
Melted coconut oil
Almond milk
Vanilla extract
